For the last few days, I’ve been receiving a message about energy movement.
In two ways.

1. The movement of stagnant energy by decluttering.
In my family we’ve been noticing for years, how this movement (decluttering) affects us physically, we might feel strong emotions from that freed-up energy, feel low in immunity or get a cold…
It’s just so clear how it’s important to have that energy flow around us and how this will influence how we feel.

2. The movement of energy created by having someone to talk to about what you’ve been going through.
That’s where guides are important, and now learning about human design I understand the role of a projector here, being the guide, being the one others come to talk to and create this energy movement and that makes such a big difference in your body and how you feel.

Other tips that came through:

Breath. Use the breath, a powerful tool to move energy, release, and charge.

Move, physically, stretching allows energy to move and circulate through the body or exercises like yoga, qigong, going for a walk…

Journaling creates a movement of thoughts, releasing, receiving, and creating.

***Every moment is serving you, don’t resist your experiences, receive and integrate them. ***
