Frequency Adjustment

I've been trying to share this message in the way that it has been coming to me (in visions, messages, and dreams) and I've been finding it hard to put it into words.

Today I am going to keep it super simple and that feeling is also part of the message, to simplify everything.

I've been seeing an electromagnetic field keeping people in a frequency, they are not aware of it, and it's not about them, this is happening for us to choose, again, and now, we are able to see some things playing out in our lives, that aren't in alignment with a higher frequency.

⚡️ We have been through such a huge shift.

You might be feeling or noticing things that used to bother you, now becoming more prominent. "This is not what I choose" "I don't want to play this game"

👀How can we simplify?

I feel we are being asked to keep making the choice, a frequency choice...

You will see both worlds, and you will have to keep adjusting your frequency.

One of my intention setting affirmations:

📌 I choose to see through the eyes of love.

And this is a great and powerful journaling prompt or just a go-to affirmation as a reminder when you need a little help adjusting the frequency.
