~ quote by me, ever since i can remember, i've had this feeling.

Hello!

Do you know the feeling of when you notice you can lift one eyebrow but need to focus on finding the muscle and moving the other one? Or lifting a big toe on one side but needing to concentrate to do the same on the other side…

What if we find new muscles the same way and remember we can do a lot more than we are aware of?

So, hello, this would be us remembering magic 😉 (my business name)

WORKING WITH THE BODY

I’ve been on a healing journey for a while and, I’ve been working with trusting the body (not the mind, the mind is a handy tool, but it’s not what you listen to for guidance) and human design has been a huge help with that.

It’s funny (afterward) to notice how, I get caught, making decisions from the mind anyways, even though my body was so obviously telling me something different. We learn!

LIGHT INFLUX

We are going through times now, of receiving such a powerful influx of light! Most of us have been feeling this, and the body might need some assistance.

I joke that such high Schumann resonance frequency days should be like snow days are for kids (from what I know from movies), when the frequency is high for too long we should get: mystics day off 🙂

A NOTE ON JOY & FOOD

What if the focus wasn’t on healing, but on being more joyful, and having more fun?

What if all is perfectly well as it is and we are not on a healing journey but on a deeper connection with the body journey?

In moments of pain, I would search for inspiration in others who have healed naturally. It’s why I think it’s important to share what has been working for me.

One of the things that helped me a lot was to change my mindset from seeking a healing tool or information and focus on joy.

The other thing is to take away the focus on food. Yes, I feel what feels good in my body and what doesn’t, but hearing this helped me a lot: Food sensitivy is not the cause, it’s also a symptom.

Sometimes changing something in the diet helps a lot, but there is so much more to this. I’ve learned that being outside, in the sun is a lot more important than food, so is our mindset. Focus on what feels good, be in joy.

1 -MUSCLE MAGIC

I’ve been finding muscles…

It started with wishing for ways to keep my face healthy naturally, I’ve tried gua sha, suction tools, and face yoga… Now, yay, I found this myofascial massage, and I was amazed to find the state of my sternocleidomastoid muscle! 😮

After doing this massage for less than a month, I noticed that my hair wasn’t falling anymore, after 3 years of shedding!

I’m still working with this muscle as it influences so much the rest of the body.

That got me looking deeper and finding other ways to activate the body, working with fascia and the lymphatic system.

In a client session, sharing this process, I joked that, we were running around complicating things, while it was a matter of finding a point in the body to press.

2- Breathe

No way! 😆

But the thing is, we forget.

I’ve noticed that regulating the nervous system started coming up a lot, and I started wondering if many of us are stuck in freeze mode.

DIAPHRAGMATIC BREATHS

One of those things you work with (all things in this message will be things like this) and forget about it for a while and then find again, puzzled as to why you forgot about such an important thing.

Diaphragmatic breathing is our natural way, it sends the signal to the body that we are safe, and it creates harmony and space, it’s what our body needs, yes? But it can be hard to train yourself to breathe this way, which is a sign that we need to.

This also brings posture into consideration, because it’s much easier to breathe with a good posture. Also: alignment, hello.

  • Notice how it’s in the body… what we seek, is to work with the body, with ourselves (instead of working on ourselves).

3- MOVEMENT, SUNLIGHT, CIRCADIAN RHYTHM

All in one because you can work with this all together.

There is a lot here. I started making sure to move and to SEE the sunrise and sunset, and go for sun walks, this has been huge!

There is a great exercise flow (mixes qigong, stretching, and meditation) that I’ve been doing for many months now, after many years of not liking repetition, I could never imagine doing the same video over and over, this one is that great.

Taking the circadian rhythm into consideration when studying, sleeping, and eating, going on walks, makes a lot of sense too. I’ve been using an app called “Circadian” which has been very helpful.

SUN & LIGHT

I’ve learned a lot, and am still learning about light and healing, and this has been essential for me ☀️

GO OUTSIDE:

I’ve been making sure to be outside to see the sunrise while grounding. I’ve been going to the beach and I am meditating and journaling there too.

I’ve been taking “sun breaks” going out for a walk, I schedule at least 3 walks (sunrise, uvb walk and sunset) and I might add an extra uvb walk when possible.

🕶️ Important: no sunglasses, lenses, glasses (if you need those, like me: I put them on and use them when I need to, and remove them as much as I can) My lenses have no uv filter (dailies) but I’ve been using more glasses, so it’s easy to remove at times during the walks.

🧼also: for the uvb walks, no soap if you shower, for at least 2 hours after, not to interfere with the vitamin D absorption.

I’m noticing improvements in my eyesight and my skin, healing, and I feel so much better.

✨ It feels magical and amazing to watch the sunrise, the best time is within the first hour of sunrise, the next best time is whenever you can. It gets the day started from a place of gratitude, appreciation, inspiration, grounded, and nourished.

Since learning from Dr Jack Kruse about light healing, I’ve been in awe of how much we can heal by being more in the sun. I knew this, but the same as grounding, it was so helpful to know more so that I could understand how to make it work.

Another aspect of this is to avoid LED lights and reduce blue light.
I’ve changed the light bulbs and I am using a laptop screen filter app (Iris)

4- NATURAL PRODUCTS, BAREFOOT SHOES & GROUNDING

Another thing I changed, and I’ve been doing this for years, is removing chemicals from my lifestyle. I make my makeup powder (arrowroot-clay and cinnamon), I stopped wearing makeup this year, which has been a big thing for me, after years of wearing foundation daily, then changing to tinted moisturizer, and now just that powder, sometimes.

And many little things keep coming to my attention to shift to a more natural version. Lots of vinegar, baking soda, and castor oil are involved.

I’ve been wearing barefoot shoes exclusively, since October 2022 after a period of adjustment (the same vivo pair too!), and I’ve noticed how my feet are so much stronger.

I make sure to ground every day as well. It’s been perfect to do this at the beach, in the morning. It’s great to make sure you are grounding for at least 20 minutes daily.

5- SUGAR

"If you don't think this is a drug, try stopping it"

On May 18th I stopped eating sugar, after receiving messages and confirmations.

(at the time of this writing, it’s been 10 weeks)

I’ve been noticing improvements:

  • Clear skin

  • More energy

  • Healing

It’s been very easy, and I feel this is a permanent change.

DETOX:

I did have some detox symptoms, even though I didn’t consume much sugar. You will need at least 2 weeks to experience some results past the detox phase.

I also had detox symptoms in the first week of activating the lymphatic system (this video shows how to and why)

Tip: Use activated charcoal to assist the body through detox. On an empty stomach (for example in the morning or right before bed) take a teaspoon of activated charcoal mixed with half a glass of water.

WATER: Remember, you need to take more water when you are detoxing.

6- SIMPLE

Those are some ways to assist in working with the body, trusting the body, but YOU feel into it, and work with aspects that are coming up for you and feel helpful at the time.
