Let’s talk about the biological alarm clock, it works like this:
⏰ You think of when you want to wake up, send that message to the body (just by thinking of it before sleep), and be amazed as you wake up at that exact time.
Have you ever experimented with this?
I have a funny story to illustrate this.
THE POWER OF THOUGHTS AND INTENTION
If you think about it, this confirms that the body always takes our thoughts, as truth.
It confirms how imagination is so powerful, and the power of other techniques like journaling or whispering to set intentions...
Another thing to consider:
If we are thinking about the past, to the body, this is the present, so all the emotions are now present in the body, the same thing happens when we worry about the future, he?
I've been experimenting with journaling for many years, and through the years I've picked up and dropped many tools (third line, if you know human design) journaling has always been the thing I keep doing, the thing I keep changing is the strategy, I’ve collected so many ways to use this practice.
By the way, if you don't like writing, you could do this by whispering, saying it to yourself, the body is listening.
BEING PRESENT IN ACCEPTANCE AND APPRECIATION
Here is a journaling prompt to connect and appreciate the body.
Speak directly to the body, the same way you did to set the "body alarm clock"
State it in the present tense, as if it’s already true… because it is.
Affirm:
How grateful you are to be in this body, how wonderful it is that it's so healthy, strong, flexible...
How every day, in every way, you are getting healthier and healthier *
To clarify, this is a way to choose your vibration, to connect with the moment and with the body, this is not "bypassing", if something is bothering you, speak with it as well, connect, and listen, you can use a journaling session to do that and follow up with appreciation, intention setting, loving affirmations...
CLARITY ON COMMANDS
What are the commands you have been giving to your body?
Have you been overriding a feeling for a while now, because your mind has many reasons why you can't do that thing, make that change?

CANCEL CANCEL
I found out that the technique for the body alarm clock came from an old book: "The Silva Method", and from that book, I also learned to say or think "cancel cancel".
When you notice a thought pattern or words giving out commands that you don't want to happen or want to shift, cancel it first.
Example:
"Oh, no, This always happens to me!" “I mean, cancel cancel, this used to happen, but not anymore”
TO EXPERIMENT WITH THIS:
Play with setting the internal alarm clock
Set intentions daily (writing or speaking)
Observe your words, thoughts, and feelings
Cancel cancel when needed (be the observer)
FUNNY PERSONAL STORY/ EXAMPLE

At the time, I was watching many of Bashar's events, I think it was around 2018.
I had not watched it live-streaming (just recordings) and there was one coming up, but being in Holland made it a 4 AM event for me.
I set the intention like this: “OK, if I'm to be at the live-streaming, I will wake up on time for it”
In the middle of the night, I wake up with a finger in my eye!
My husband moved in such a way that this "accident" was accomplished.
I woke up super confused, one eye open, the other one in pain, wondering what was happening...
I then remembered my intention and thought: "Ha! It would be so funny if this is the exact time to make it to the livestream."
Yes, yes it was.
I made it and it was a fun experience.
Later I told him the story, and he shared that he remembered somehow feeling a weird force to move his arm in what felt a very unnatural way 😂
The next night I did set a new "alarm clock intention" and I said: "Would be fun to wake up with the sound of birds this time." I thought for a bit wondering how to make this a safe request and added: “The birds would be outside the room, please "
🐦⬛And that's exactly how I woke up the next morning.
It's fun to ask.

I learned the alarm technique as a child and many many years later I found out it came from that book. I tried to read it but never finished it…not even halfway (another 3rd line thing)
